The RSA Island Village Centre is a vibrant business complex within the listed historic building at the heart of the former Royal Small Arms Factory.
It is situated in a waterside location and offers various amenities and services to support enterprises. Features of the RSA Island Centre include high-speed broadband connectivity from both BT Infinity and Virgin Media, free car parking, a management team, CCTV coverage for security and a range of shops including a pharmacy and supermarket.
The Centre consists of over 55 units, including single storey and mezzanine levels. A Community Centre is situated on the site hosting a wide range of events for residents throughout the year. Enfield Island Village is a diverse community of over 3,000 people with a younger population compared to the rest of the borough. It is also easily accessible by road, being less than 10 minutes from junction 25 of the M25. Regular bus services are available to Enfield Town, Edmonton, and Waltham Cross.
One of the unique aspects of the RSA Island Centre is its commitment to preserving and promoting its historical significance. Find out more about Our Heritage.
